  Bachelor of Laws. Otieno Olonde has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration in the retail, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

  B. Com, M.Com. CA(I). Ratan Deep Singh has combined experience of over twenty-plus years in the aviation and dairy industries and has worked in India and several African countries at various positions.

  MBA (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Ram Kumar has over 29 years of experience in Milk Processing, Pharmaceutical and Phytochemicals Industries as position MIS, Commercial, Procurement and Marketing has worked in India and Africa.

 The Late Punit Pruthi, the founder of Amos Dairies, was a visionary leader who played a pivotal role in transforming Uganda's dairy industry. Through his innovative approach and dedication to quality, he established Amos Dairies as a market leader, setting new standards for dairy production in the region. Punit's contributions extended beyond business; his work empowered local communities and bolstered the country's economy. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy endures in the thriving enterprise he built and the lasting impact he made on Uganda's dairy industry. 

Mr. Dominique Bailly-Maitre spent his career at Bel Group, a French International Company well-known for its international cheese brands, famous for the iconic The Laughing Cow.

He has an international background in Sales, Marketing, Category sourcing management and Business development. He operated the last two decades as an executive Director whose Strategic mission consisted in building up some long-lasting Partnerships with a Network of reliable and efficient Co-Manufacturers around the globe. He joined Amos as Chairman of the board in March 2025.

Mr. David Reisenbigler is President and CEO of Erie Group International, Inc.,  a manufacturer and marketer of food ingredients and private label products.  The Erie Group of companies includes Erie Foods International, Inc. in Rochelle and Erie Illinois; Erie Europe in Paris, France; Erie Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia; Erie Casein Company, Inc. in Iowa 

 With experience in the dairy and pharmaceutical industries, Adhiraj brings a visionary approach to his role as Director. His commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability is at the core of everything he does, driving the company forward in an ever-evolving marketplace. Mr. Malan Gabriel is a Partner and Director at EXEO fund advisors in Cape Town South Africa.  He is an Executive Director and Chairman at Nurture Food Investments (Pty) Ltd Cape town, South Africa. 

Nurture Foods is an investment holding company in the EXEO Capital Group of companies, that focuses on partnering and investing in innovative food businesses in the convenience- & functional food sector.

He is also a founding Director of Almond Board of South Africa and Advisory board Invest Africa.
